Quick PHP/CSS work

This is for the site at (www. imclassifieds . com) - If you sign up as a new user - there is a page under the URL /add-new/ which is a kind of upsell. When you see it, you'll notice that the HTML is all messed up -- headlines are misaligned, text is too small, etc. I think the content was copied/pasted from Word, so I need a PHP/CSS pro to go in there and clean it up and make it look nice. Even though the URL is /add-new/ - I can't seem to find the page anywhere, so I'm sure it must be calling a template through wordpress and PHP (my knowledge of PHP is not enough to fix it), so I'm hoping someone can fix this issue quickly. Also, let me know if you have any trouble logging in and getting your username and password. I've tried in the past and it seems to be hit or miss.
