568841 PHP Webdesigner Needed for yipit gripsell groupon clone site

First and foremost before you bid on this project you must read everything below and put in large capital letters "I UNDERSTAND" in the subject area of you bid. I had some company here with good feedback work on my site and they never finished it and never heard from them again and after 30 days the site is still at a stand still, it cost me time and money. So if you do not have the experience or time to do my project please do not waste my time . Now I want the winning bidder to be able to communicate with me atleast once or twice a day to keep me informed of what has been done for the day, even if its not much I want to be in complete communication with you daily. Im not a jerk just tired of being screwed over by people here who cant do the job and just want money so communication is the key to a happy customer which I will be if you communicate with me daily. What I need done: My site has scripts from [login to view URL] installed on it which you can see located at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] so what I`m trying to get done is to have some features from both scripts show up on a new index page which is already created but not hooked up as the index page yet. The new index page is located at [login to view URL] The site needs a new header file built that will allow us to rotate advertisers banners and two links and the same goes for the footer file, these files need to be able to go over the top and bottom of the new index page. The site has a script in the backend that has a crawler where all we do is create a xml file and it crawls the site and shows the results, we want this info that is crawled to show up in the sideboxes and the middle of the new index page. The site will need some xml files built as well. The site needs the feeds from our facebook account to show up on the index page as well, the script for this is already built it just needs to actually show the feeds on the new index page. The site needs all the links on the index page to be hooked up to the proper webpages. The site needs three areas on the right side and left side so that we can place advertisers banners which we can rotate according to geo location, its very possible that the gripsell script has a file built for this but not yet hooked up to the index page. The site needs one box for youtube videos hooked up to whatever video channel we designate again the gripsell script might already have it but its not hooked up to the index page yet, but you will be hooking it up or building a script to do this. The site needs all xml file feeds to show up on the middle area of the index page. The site needs a forum created which you can use one of our free forums that can be found in our cpanel. The new index page and the other two scripts need the layouts to be the same colors. The site will need three boxes on each side that will have deals of the day from xml files show up. The site front page needs to have three boxes setup so that they show the local deals so that it is geo targeted . so this is alot of work so please only bid if you can do this work in a timely manner and have the expertise to accomplish this.
