28695 PHP/mySQL to create KMZ files

I require a PHP/mySQL script that will work within the JOOMLA Content Management system to perform the following: Provide a KMZ File (Zipped Keyhole Markup Language (XML)) file based on property search criteria entered into the Hot Property component I have installed: [login to view URL] When a user clicks on a category (Commercial Property, Residential, Vacation, etc.) it will begin to filter the available properties. What I would like is a module that will always display "Download KMZ File". Depending on what category OR search criteria has been entered, this KMZ file will be generated by the server to match that criteria. The parameters that will be included in the KML/KMZ file will come from the mySQL database. The information there is populated by the Hot Property front-end component. Users can create Propert Listings and these parameters will be stored in mySQL. Case 1: If the user clicked on a category button for "Residential Properties", the module would display "Download KML File" and that file would be an XML file with all of the Residential Properties listed as a special Google Earth zipped KML format. Case 2: If a user did a property search and looked for all of the Commerical Property in California and clicked "Download KML File" the file would be an XML file with all of the Commercial Property in California arranged as a Zipped KML. Case 3: If a user did a search for all property in Canada for UNDER $300,000, and clicked "Download KML File" the file would be an XML file with all of the Canadian properties with values of less than $300k arranged as a Zipped KML.
