php/ajax and xml modification script

Project Description: hello I need a php script that allows me to log in and upload images, the images are instanly resize and crop and the name and description of the new photo is save on a .xml file. this is a very short job for some one good in php all html design is provided script requires: - image resizing and creating thumbnail using imagemagik or GD - reading and writing the xml file for title of the image and position of the image in the xml - image uploads with progress bar. - multiple xml that you choose with a pop up menu is very important to use imagemagik or GD to modify size and resolution for saving hosting space? all html and design is provided this xml files are then use by a flash gallery that I already have.
