Need RSS feed on my site to update

Hello, My problem is that I have a small, 1-page, text-based website that features the RSS feeds from 5 sources that refreshes every 120 seconds, but each time it refreshes, it does not load the latest RSS feeds. Details: I paid a web developer to design a simple 1 page text-based site that pulls the RSS feeds from 5 sources. I also had him do all of the loading of FTP files onto my hosting company's site. Recently, I decided that I wanted to change some colors and fonts of the site, so I downloaded the source code (right-click and "View Page Source" in Firefox method) and used basic HTML tags to change colors and fonts. I then logged into my hosting website's ftp and loaded the new version ("[login to view URL]") onto the server. The site displays fine, but when it refreshes every 120 seconds, it does not update the most recent RSS news headlines as it should. I have no idea how to fix this, but I know the solution is probably very simple. What I am asking is for someone to take the source code I have created (I will send it to you) and load it onto my hosting company's server (I will give you the login and password info) and make any corrections so that when the site refreshes every 120 seconds, it displays the most current news headlines.
