Jobs section for website

Hello, I would like a developer add a "jobs" section to my website that would consist of the following: A. Functional Target: is to allow the admin of the website post new jobs and visitors (coders/designers/consultants) to be able to place a bid on a given job. B. Design 1. Have a look at [[login to view URL]][1] - I want a new menu and the same (simple) look and feel. 2. AJAX preffered for jobs listings and posting a bid. (or Flex, but simple php might be considered as well). 3. Simple black and white with some clean css; fonts can be arial. Total of 5 pages: (2 with design, 3 without any design) 1. Jobs listings 2. Bidding page 3. Jobs management 4. Bids page 5. Applicants page I expect this to be completed in max 5days. A good bid will take into account a) existing design of [[login to view URL]][1] b) propose a design for the jobs & bidding page c) mention appropriate technologies used to develop this (I'm for AJAX, but Flex or php might be enough as well) Thanks, ## Deliverables 1. Website coding 1.1 Add a new menu "Jobs" 1.2 All the "Jobs" (projects) will appear under this section as listings containing the follwing: a) name - text b) description - text c) budget - text d) deadline - text e) skills - text f) bid - button g) the jobs listings must have muti-tabbing after 10jobs; latest first; h) number of bids posted + countries listings (flags) i) This job expires in X days - X set from admin. 1.3. Bidding page (or ajax popup) a) Name (individual or company) - text b) Country - dropdown c) Contact option (email, yahoo, msn, gtalk or/and skype) - multiple choice with validation. c) Offer - text (max. 5000chars) d) Attachment - file (max. 2Mb) e) captcha - 3rd party. f) I would like to be notified whenever there is a job posting with reuiring these skills(must have email). - checkbox (checked by default); if no email provided, then this option is hidden and the following text is shown "if you would like to stay informed about new postings, please supply a valid email address"; 1.4. User account - no features; this website doesn't allow user accounts. 1.5. Administrative account - (there is already an admin for this website, so we need to add these to that already done one - there is nothing fancy or complex) a) new menu - Jobs b) add/update/terminate Jobs - all fields from projects + expire date (in number of days); c) for every job there will be a new page with its bids - Bids d) for each bid I need to be able to see fields from the bid with the time of the bid. (no message boards etc.) e) applicants page - new page containing a listing with all applicatns for jobs; I need to be able to see 1. all contact info they provided, 2. the project(s) they bid on (and their bids), 3. when they bid on that and 4. if they checked to stay informed about new projects; (no emailling required) 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
