Finish a layout for content in a html / css website

What we need done is paste the content of what we need on our website in our website. This includes a total of 7 pages in html / css. Page1: home : all the content is there, it just needs a little smucking up, there is a little text that we will need to add afterwards, and maybe you can add a little icon here and there. Page2 and 3: ADSL / ADSL2 : here we need a nice way to display our packages we have, together with most of the information found at [login to view URL] Also a few images and a nice layout. I can provide .psd file of the packages on the home page if needed. Page 4: Telefonie: we need all the information found here: [login to view URL] pasted into our layout in a nice way. Also with a nice icon here and there. Page 5: Over ons (about us) page: Could also use a little smucking up, different layout, maybe a few images of internet technology or something Page 6: Contact us page: all the text is there, we need it cleaned up, and the contact form needs to be cleaned up and made nice with CSS Page 7: A page to be created, with the same layout as the other pages, but with an order form. Copy all the fields and everything over from [login to view URL] and make a nice CSS for the form thing. The form doesn't have to "work" but just the layout needs to be there. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must work under: Firefox 2 and 3 Internet explorer 6,7,8 Opera Safari and all common browsers Valid html and CSS !
