I will be providing all creative in a PSD file format necessary for coding and possibly an animation that would be displayed in the header. Here are the expected requirements:

The developer that is chosen must be a good communicator, deliver assets on schedule and be willing partner. When issues arrive, the developer must be ready to offer solutions. When the project is complete, the developer will provide a mini-maintenance guide that shows my client how to make basic updates to their site, such as updating images and captions and editing html text on one of the pages.
