Need some buddypress site changes - repost 2

I need 2 simple changes to my buddypress website. NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A IPHONE AS THIS IS A MOBILE THEMED SITE. 1. I need users avatar uploads to be easier. I want it so the user can click on their photo and upload a new profile photo. There is an option to add avatar already I just need you to edit the code so I skips the crop page. As of ios 6.0 you can upload images from phone to safari so no app is needed. 2. I need infinite jquery auto scroll load on search pages, members pages, and user posts pages.
