I am looking for someone to convert the following HTML template into a WordPress template. Their is a total of 5 pages. I also want a sixth page with just the header and footer so that I can create pages with content myself in the future. One last request is to be able to add menu (and sub menu) items in the future as well as rearrange the order of the items.
