Slice jpgs to html

We have about 80 screens totaling 5 websites that need slicing. If you're familiar with Photoshop and Dreamweaver you're not gonna have any problems. We're looking for someone who can provide this kind of service at about U$2,00 per screen. If you pass the test and we agree on the budget, we have this kind of work on a regular basis. The main page is usually turned into an include which is then reloaded inside every internal page. You definetelly have to know at least some basic html for this task. Attached is a jpg file of one of these pages. Slice it the best way you can and show me your work. I'll only accept bids from coders who provide me with a sample from the attached jpg. If you'd rather use Flash for the menus, fell free. most of the internal pages are usually very simple and quick. Whenever Flash is involved, you'll be instructed and for the Flash objects you just leave a black space entitled "Flash" Thanks for your attention.
