In a Javascript, probably a form, Would like to have dropdown menu for data entry. Like to imput a group of numbers(up to 20), each # has a label, then assign a value to each # of fractional part of 1.0, as 0.1 to 0.9. This value is based on ranking or order, not the actual value of the number, as the 5th lowest # may have the highest value of 0.9 Next, I would like to add 2 or more values to each, value 1, & the value 2. These are just straight additions to the fractional part of 1. Then each of the original 20 numbers has a final value, then the highest # or 1st, 2nd, or 3rd #s are the ones that our are Picks. Then would like to repeat this for 6 different sets of numbers with different results. Example Number 3 is the 5th in ranking and I have assigned 0.9 to, then #3= 0.9 + Value1, 0.3 + Value2, +0.4 = final value 1.6 Results may be in a table as long as some of the results can be hidden. Broadcast message 11/11 My decision will be made very soon. Thanks to all for bidding. Here is more info. for more clarification= Here is an overall picture of what we would be trying to do= ## Deliverables ***Start with Leg 1 of the Pick 6 which are all horse races. On Leg 1 there may be from 4 up to 20 horses in the race, each horse has a number, like the entry number, I said before, each horse has a set odds, a trainer and a jockey. The User will have 4 drop down menus he has to click on for each horse in the race. As in the previous example, the number 1 entry or horse is 7/2, 1st the User clicks on the number 1 entry to tell the script what horse he is entering data for, then clicks on the 7/2 odds, next in the 3rd drop down clicks on the J-name, and lastly he clicks on the 4th drop down for the T-name. The java script then figuers the final value for this horse, as we originianlly figured, ra nk and additions of numbers. Then the user does this for every horse in the race entry 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on up to a possible 20. Then Leg 2 is done the same way which will have different impact values or constants. ALL this thru Leg 6. Leg 2 to 6 should basiclly be a repeat of Leg 1 for now! 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
