Is it possible to add PWS to Windows ME? and how?

I need to add PWS in my PC... to be able to run and view my project (.ASP) made in Frontpage and Dreamweaver... I need to finish my project by april 25... so I need to add PWS, ASAP in my windows ME, O.S.
