GRAPHIC DESIGN FOR MARKETING PACKAGE

**Looking for full project for solicitation of hospital surplus and used medical equipment and supplies.** We are looking for somone who can create a professional package for our company. It needs to be **attractive, professional and clean.** We have the text content and pictures, but need someone to put it together professionally with appropriate graphics. All items will have almost the same text and style, with minor variations (due to different size), as you will see in attached file which we are sending as a sample of the type of design we are looking for. The messages might change for later use. The following are the items we need: 1) **PDF BROCHURE** to be downloaded from our website. Size 81/2" x 11" landscape, divided into four panels, each one to be 51/2" x 81/2" 2) **TRI-FOLD SELF MAILER** Size 81/2" x 14" to be folded into 43/4" x 81/2" 3) **FAX FLYER FOR FAX BROADCASTING.** Size 81/2" x 11" Please provide examples of similar jobs done. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
