email to sms

I need software to read email text only and send the email as a text (sms) to a mobile phone. Example: I install this software on my home pc I connect it to a mobile phone and the net, When I get an email it will download it and send it as sms to number I want. 2) If the email has certain subject then send sms to certain number. 3) If the emails do not match subject then do not send sms 4) It should check email every (time I select) 120 seconds 5) If email is longer then its max number of character then brake the sms in to number it can fit and send it in parts 6) When e mails are checked and downloaded delete it from server and store it in my local computer and view it later as I need to by sorted order (i.e. I want to view all sms sent to 07887666303) like an account report of how many sms was sent to certain person. 7) I should be able to add as many email account I want for the software to check 8) I should be able to add as many mobile telephone number as I want for it to send sms to (i.e.: if I have 20 telephone numbers and emails with 20 subject it should be able to match subject and send sms to requested number If you are unclear of what I want you may contact me ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
