wordpress membership site

I need assistance to complete a simple wordpress site as follows: - static home page (already done) - 2 sales pages (do not require login to read - already done) - 2 levels of membership (1 subscription based, the other free) - Subscription members need to be able to create and maintain detailed business profiles (I will provide custom fields which need to be fully searchable) - subscription members sign up for 12 months subscription at $298 then payments revert to $48 per month until cancelled. I would like to use paypal to manage the payments. - Free members can conduct COMPLEX searches on the profile information of the Subscription members (ie: they should be able to search on nearly all fields in the subscription members profiles) (eg: stockbroker / growth strategies / moderate risk / 4-7% returns per month) - Subscriber members do not need to conduct searches, they just maintain their own listing profiles and post content to their profile as they choose - Free members need to be able to message, connect with or "follow" the subscription members that they like - subscription members need to receive real email notifications of members contacting them so they can login and respond on the site. - Subscription members need to be able to post content (eg: updates or articles) which their connections will be able to see - Free members must enter some information to become members but their profiles / info should not be available to anyone. - My post content needs to be made available to both member types when they are logged in (different content for each type) - The site must be enitrely built in wordpress and using wordpress plugins so that I can manage it and upgrade new versions on an ongoing basis without it breaking. I have access to all the WPMUDev plugins as well as S2Member Pro, however I am happy for a wordpress developer who can make recommendations about the best (least number of ) plugins to do this job effectively.
