Wordpress Database Integration

I have a Wordpress theme that is fully designed and online. The site is a Real Estate site. I have a database of properties and their related attributes and photos. Database is hosted on the same server. I need someone who can import a selection of the properties that are stored in the database (they will be selected by using a certain criteria that I will give you, filtered by one field) into the wordpress theme, matching the fields in the wordpress theme to those already stored on the database. You will also create a cron job to update the data held in the wordpress framework from the database of properties every evening.
