Website and Graphic Design

I am setting up a summer camp for American and Canadian teenagers. Brining them to New Zealand for a week of snowboard and Ski Coaching and a Week of adventure activities. I need a web site to promote the camp. I had a wordpress site but I want something a lot more professional as this is the main selling point. I don't have much money as I am just starting out. But If I find a good designer and graphic designer then I will stay with you as the company grows. I already have a logo. but want to expand on it. As well as have help with the content and design. The website is about 10 pages long.
