Website design

I'm looking to hire someone to design a website. Initially, the website is only going to be one page (maybe with separate pages of the same thing but in different languages). Sounds simple, huh? Depending on how some other things go, I will be needing the website upgraded within a few months. It will still be pretty simple. Just two or three separate pages, maybe with copies in other languages. The website will need to have links at the top of the page leading to the site in other languages. There will probably also need to be an age check portal (i.e. are you over 18/21 or not). The website is not really what I would call pornographic but I'm staying on the safe side. Ultimately, I aim to have a website where digital downloads and physical items can be purchased. This will require a secure members' area and the ability to redownload purchases. I suppose the website would use php but I'll leave that to the expert. There might possibly be a forum but presently I'm not planning for one. The purchases should be able to be done in a choice of language catered for on the site (i.e. either separate purchase pages for each language or space for translations on the one purchase page). NOTE: the project then is this: design of a one page website. However, I'm really looking for someone who will be able to do the upgrades to the site in the future and be the webmaster. On the off chance the website doesn't get up and running, at least you will have earned some money for a very easy job. Could I please emphasise: bid only for the design of the one simple webpage. The winning bidder should be fluent in English. It would be a bonus for the winning bidder to also speak one of these languages: Italian, German, French, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean. But it's not important. Bidders should be professional web designers and should be able to show me samples of their work (ideally websites with shopping and secure areas). Please note also that I have posted a project for drawing some logos. It would be good if the same person could do both jobs but it is not vital. Thanks for looking.
