Web site redesign / template creation

I am looking for a very professional webdesigner/coder to re-design a corporate looking website for an existing company. We would like graphics to be craeted in Photoshop and template to be compatible with Dreamweaver. Please, post your quotes with portfolios. We need acccess to all original graphics. This is a time sensitive project, so please evaluate as quickly as possible. Thank You Len
