Smarty Template for FSRevolution scipt website

I'm looking for a designer experienced in PHP and Smarty template engine to design a completely new template for the FSRevolution (incentive site) script ([login to view URL]). The script is completely encrpyted so you will be unable to make any changes to it, so it will be important for you to have also have experience in CSS, as that is where a lot of the adjustments will be made as well (as far as I know!). I must admit I have no coding/designing skill and no particular ideas at the moment, but to put it simply, I do want an amazing, stunning, user-friendly, design for my sites! If the design is done well I will have plenty of more work on a much more regular basis, including more minor design work and possibly more templates as well as website designs! As well as the (re)designing of the templates I may also requite some graphics work such as logos. You must be experienced in the above mentioned codes, be fluent in English, a good at communicator, and willing to maintain regular communication through MSN. It would be a bonus if you have prior experience in designing templates for incentivized sites, whether it be with FSRevolution or another script.
