Smarty html/php integration ( quick project )

We are developing a site using OxyClassifieds script. We have had a developer working on the html/smarty integration on the project but he actually disappeared before he finishes the job completely. First thing we need is to integrate the ads details page which will display ads details including: ads title, description, contact info, comment, ads description, map, images We need the ads details to be displayed in tabs for ease of navigation. we already have the main html template files, the tabs css files, and header and footer are already in place so its actually a one page project to start with. we might need more developing later. Please bid if you can get this done within 24 hours. Regards
