Simple HTML website template customization

Please READ CAREFULLY. I need a skilled web designer to customize an existing template, purchased from [login to view URL]: [login to view URL] The ThemeForest template will be provided, it includes the following files: PSD, JPG Images, HTML Files, CSS Files, JS Files, PHP contact form + documentation files. The template has many layout features included, but I need my website to be much more simplified: Home page + 6-7 simple product presentation pages + contact page ( form & google map ). Many features of the current theme will be excluded ( i.e. search function, footer menus/links, etc. ) I will also provide the winning bidder with all the files regarding new design ( layered PSD, PNG /Jpeg files, used fonts, etc. ) . It will be very similar to the themeforest template. The milestone payment will only be released after the website will be fully functional and installed on my server ( I will provide the winner of this bid with cpanel login info ), please do not bid if you don’t agree with this terms.
