PHP Flexy programmer for order form and / or API integration

We are looking to do some work with order forms with our billing software ubersmith. We need these order forms to either work with, replace or be customizations of the included order forms. E work with a software called ubersmith which uses the PHP's project's Flexy (HTML_Template_Flexy) template engine. [login to view URL] We do not care how the order forms are done but we need them to have them look better as well as there be On-Screen Price Calculation as well it list the price per option change BEFORE you hit next on the configure page.
