8 page PHP/MYSQL discussion forum

This project is a simple discussion forum pages: index - shows topic by author, date, post #, reply box below thread. acp - admin panel, settings for style of page color backgrounds, topics per page, and users page - lists users by name, email, posts, join date, and suspend link post topic page - page to post topic, title, and description, submit button show topic page - shows topic. see image attachment. Need Post 1, Post 2, Post 3, etc on each post. Admin can view the IP address of the poster register & login page - page for users to register and log in. email sent to user, user click on link to activate account. need captcha image *** Other things to include **** - when users post reply, the thread is bumped to the top of the forum - users cannot register with the same email - need footer and header file Will NOT pay above $60 This is a pretty simple project. I DO NOT WANT PREMADE SCRIPT like PHPBB SMF or other free forum software, it needs to be coded fresh. Payment via GAF escrow AFTER projects finish and works 100%, with no bugs. I would like to communicate via IM like yahoo messenger. a test server is required.
