Oscommerce Modifications on existing website

Hello, I'am searching for someone who can make some modifications to my current website. The website is yet build and several modules are installed but the provider couldn't do all what he promised. You can see the current design at [login to view URL] built with OSCommerce. The design is yet not good for the product info page and must be redesigned and good for firefox and internet explorer. One of the problems I have is the selectors (attributes) that our customers must have. Customers must have the possibilities to select quantities, power, base curve, etc. This must be in a table format like : [login to view URL] For some products there are less or other colummns or no selector possibilities. These attributes must have possibilities to see the stock in the admin and must be for the left and right eye the same. This attributes is very important for me. There are several modules installed already like cross sell. Other modules must also be installed like pdf orders, pdf order center, pdf invoice. The admin I use is and must be in dutch but you now can select dutch and english so it's easier to develop for you. For CrossSell I want something like: [login to view URL] In the ceckout proces customers must have the possibility to slect also some cross sell products. For other requirements see attachment. There is yet also a lot installed. My product page must be re-designed in a way I like. I will tell you how. Instal a HTML WYSIWYG HTML Editor that I can use for several pages like Productpage, etc. There is now HTML WYSIWYG Editor but I think I can't use it for all pages. i must easily create productpages.
