I am looking to develop a web platform where in members can give their opinion on persons, place or products. Comments will be positive or negative and will form an index percentage reflecting the score of the person / product. Am looking to get this developed on Open source technologies like PHP or Ruby. Interested candidates who have handled web projects end to end need only apply. I have a more detailed document which I will share with the developer after the initial response. This project is for my New York based company. Send me references of any similar projects done.
