We will provide CMS template. We can change picture from CMS as long as they can be edited by admin. All back links must be built to product category from CMS flash. And admin should have the power to edit CMS as well as categories. Back link should automatically adjust them selves according to admin operation and must be very user friendly. The website must be highly visually appealing and made to the highest degree. We also need a back control where we can upload products our self and change things around, and we want client base address book in admin. Certain clients have credit approval, who buys the goods on credit, and certain have to pay by credit card, pay pal, etc. etc. so website should have both checkout features subject to login of customer. Shipping and payment module must be configured with website. The Shopping cart features also must have a wholesale access feature with price change according to customer login. Domain name has already been purchased. Hosting has to be done in Canada. Both the web pages and application will be multilingual (English and French), where specific language is selected automatically or from a row of flags. All the content, text, and pictures we will be providing. Full payment will be released immediately after Website has been tested to the level of high quality and no broken links, no problems. This is turn key operation, means this is developer’s issue to develop the product and hand us over to test. Payments can be settled with only by GAF. No wire, no western union, no other method of payment is accepted. No advanced and partial payment will be given for any reason what so ever. Consistent communication on status of project is a must.
