Need a comparison website

Description I need a programmer or web designer that has the ability to make database driven website that will allow customers to compare mobile phones, mobile phone plans and prepaid. In addition I want to be able to refer customers to there nearest and cheapest shop. In addition to allow customers to easily search through the website, I want to be able to have the option to update the website myself as new phones are released, as new plans are released by telco companies. I want to be able to do what the following websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] but obviously better in terms of design, user friendly, and want to compare the following things on my website. • Site must be compatible with all well known web browsers and must load as quickly as possible. • A full user guide must be included, explaining how the site, database and script work. This must also show how to customise the website, add or edit content, add/remove stores etc. • I need to have copyright ownership of the completed project, history of recent searches made by customers in the site along with a forums page. Admin control required with these minimum features • Affiliate sales, affiliate tracking and link amendments. • Traffic information statistics to our site • I should Receive emails and read all "contact us page" info received within the admin area and able to reply. • Relatively easy for the admin to customise - add, delete, move, content/pages content manages the price comparison website for me. I prefer to have site in php and using MySQL, or using joomla, Basically what i want is a modified version of the two above websites, but user friendly which allows me to compare phones in terms of telco carrier, specifications of phone, costs, warranty, the phone brands and model comparisons. I want three option on the first page of the website that allows users to First Option to be able to compare up to 4 phones against each other in terms of specifications eg camera, memory, wifi, bluetooth exta and also if the phone has warranty and cost of the phone. 2 nd option to compare 4 chosen phones on plans against telecommunications carriers that carry the phone and determine which company provides the cheapest plan for the chosen phone. 3rd option to compare the plans against prepaid services I would also like the option of being provided with details to later add home phone plans and broadand plans. As long as the template is provided i would add the data for the phones, specifications, telco companies and etc, can you make this very user friendly. I am willing to pay range between 300 USD to 450 USD. Only after the website template I have been given works.
