Need a blog built with password area

I need a blog built with an area in the front page to post blog content. I also need a password protected area where I can post more content. The password area will have a password I can change say every 6 months. The password area would be divided into 4 areas or folders which I can update daily. I will provide a photo and minor text for the main page on the blog. You will need to provide full written instructions on how to post the blog content in all areas plus change the password. You can use any hosting service like Godaddy, 1and1, Network Solutions. Preferably one where I can regsiter the domain name for the blog inexpensively. English speaking writers only. I am looking for someone to work with longer term. I would like to put together promotional small marketing web sites in the future so I am looking for a reliable party to work with. Someone with experience in adding video in the future to the sites. Someone who is experienced in posting videos to You Tube for future work as well. This is not part of the bid - just the simple blog to start.
