modify my php website - repost 2

My website is [login to view URL] and i get videos uploaded daily automatically. I need it to look like this website [login to view URL] with login details etc, games page, members upload videos, games, pictures, ratings, likes, shares etc.. I need a live cam page added like this [login to view URL] so members can go on live cam, and it has to be set up in a way if members want to sell there time for like 400 tokens = $20 or something, i'll get like a %5 commission or something. I would also like my categories i have just now going down the left hand side.
