59527 integr classified script(php)

The projec is to integrate a classified script into an existing real estate site. The project is in two phase 1. phase one A. design a interface/layout for the script The interface should be of professional style. A unique/catching logo design. The main theme/color should be like [login to view URL] The top menu can be pulled down by sub-menu. Front page contents should also be in blocks and like sample site. The front page must be in .html due to its existing ranking in search engine. * I will send you more details for layout, menus and front page contents. B. Applied the new interface design to script. PLease refer to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for design. (Both use the same script) You can create a user login on their site to test out. Property listing pages nede to be like [login to view URL], features listing on rotation on left side, menu and advertising on top and right The maping needed only for top level like page: [login to view URL] When click each state, it only need to show the sub-locations(I will provide those). C. I will configure the categories for the script myself. The main categories would be 1. By Owner 2. By Agent 3. Property Wanted 4. Find a agent 5. Service Provider First three(1, 2, 3) will have one Fieldset and 4, 5 will have another fieldset. Fieldset can be configured in script admin area left menu "Fieldsets Options", i will help out doing that too. To get an idea of 4 and 5 design, just go to [login to view URL] Click any area and you will see an agent ads box. Same click Go for "Market Place:" box on top, there is ads for service provider(same function as Market place) Both 4 and 5 can be easily configured in script admin area by creating a fieldset which has certain fields/layout. D. Finish the rest of script functions/pages by integrating the new interface. Porject phase two: A. The shopping cart(for investing guide) and affilaite program are implemented through another script which has been implemented on another server. (the project unfinished by another programmer) They need to be integrated to new site and completely test out for ordering products. Same as affilate pages. B. Move/integrate all pages on existing domain to new server. Most of them should be existing html pages. Will need to create several new like a sitemap, FAQ etc. I will provide all contents. C. Need 3 month support after completion so some fine tuning and bug fix for the site are needed. Thank you!
