74092 Drams makeover

Not enough time in the day I need someone who is coversant with Drams+([login to view URL]) to make this a little more individual 1) Make new header and footer files 2) Redo Index page to be more graphically pleasing incorporating in our services and plans along with whois checkbox 3) Incorporate the already available dynamic menu in the pages ( or open to suggestions) 4) The design should make the initial page look individual to differentiate from other Drams sites Header should contain menu bar ( non dynamic) for extra pages Design should be simple and reflect the parent company colours and most of all not be reliant on heavyweight graphics. This is not a big job however we area long established UK hosting company (1996) and are looking to extablish contacts with premium web designers for future contracts Ideally I would like this done ASAP however the selected candidate will not be chosen on time-to-live alone
