Complex LinkedIn style website

Here are the requirement for our site: -Need to have LinkedIn integration-login with LinkedIn user name and password -Site will need to pull data from linkedin ans ask the user to watch a few videos and answer a series of questions and then the site will need to take all the data and apply it to a weighted formula and give the user a score based on their input. -Site will need an easy way to provide feedback to us on the site -Will need to allow users to login to their account and upload documents and view their account and score, we will need to be able to limit how often a single user can updat the profile/take the test. -we will need a LinkedIn style "profile completeness" function so users can see what parts of the profile are incomplete on our site. -we will need all the data to flow to a sortable, usable database. Please let us know the cost of doing this project as well as the proposed coding languages you will use.
