Building a stylish Word Press theme that supports mp3s

We would like word press template built for a music blog. We need a theme that is both stylish and functional. We are not looking for a purely basic theme but something artistic, and unique. Graphic design abilities are crucial. Our hopes are that the theme appears minimalistic but is very dynamic. We want the banner head artwork to be thematic to the rest of the websites with elements of common graphics throughout the site. Also important, is the ability to implement something where mp3s can be played continuously, one after the next, page after page. We are looking for something akin to the player on hypem.com.
