Audio and video and data streaming server setup - repost

I would like to build a streaming server which can stream audio and video across a local site to various devices including iPhones, tablets, notebooks and desktop computers, and android phones. I want a simple interface to add material (ESL English material including video clips and and accompanying documents (Word/PDF etc..,) so users can stream a video and download the accompanying document to work on while watching the video clip or listening to an audio clip. I must be an all-in-one package which can be easily installed ( by myself) onto servers. I have looked at various packaged, but none have suited my requirements.
