213523 Admin Website Template Needed

1. I have a website (texas rate shopper dot com) and I want to not only build a new template system using web 2.0 look like ibizpanel hosting dot com but make it faster loading, less includes and a better SEO freindly. 2. I need an admin added, not a cms but an admin using an editor like fck editor or whatever that all the descriptions are added into it, so I may modify the pages and rebuild them as html, even the individual state pages at the bottom. 3. I need a new client application page that works and adds the client info into a database and also emails me the info, this needs to be accessed via admin also..(the application page is crucial, this must be done to where it changes application based on loan the choose in three easy steps like here [login to view URL] .. the only difference is that i have a page per state and the states at the bottom as a footer instead of a state page.. 4. I need the content switched over to the new template system and everything working... I would like to see web examples of what you would do for me before chosing, I will not choose you based on your resume, I see that all day...
