Quiz

Write a Visual Basic program using DAO with two distinct features. A teacher can use it to create a new database with one six column table that stores 10 multi-choice quiz questions, and for each question, the five response choices as well as the letters of the correct responses. A student can use it to take the quiz. The student selects the option and click Next to go on to the next question. After the tenth question, the program displays the summary that lists the number answered correctly and the letter grade (using straight scale). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP
