Basketball simple stats grapher

I would like a program to use my existing data files to create season running averages for the team and for the individuals for basketball stats and 3D graphs of the stats. I will supply the program which is a basketball stat tracking program which creates the data file when the user saves his game data. The file is a .csv file. It is a text file with the fields separated by commas and enclosed in quotes. See the attached Word document for displays of graphs I need and descriptions of other graphs I need and the rest of the details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win 9x, win 2000,win me, win xp
