VB6 App to collect practice info and print reports

The software application will be built in VB6 with Microsoft Access backend database and able to run on any modern Windows platform including 98SE, ME, 2000, and XP. Standard Microsoft coding conventions must be employed with the use of procedures, modules, and classes. No special OCXs other than what are included with VB6 are allowed. All db interactions should be through standard ADO coding techniques (and without the use of data controls or hard-coding of control property settings). Detailed Specs are attached. This software allows a set of defined Providers (software Users) to record Patient demographic and Patient billing information and print out reports, track Accounts Receivable, and generate letters and invoices for mailing. Conceptually, there are to be two sets of windows and navigational tools: one set, which rolls off a patient list and allows all the financial stuff we need to do for *individual* patents once selected, and one which rolls off a monthly financial maintenance screen and allows the regular activities the *practice* needs to do for the practice itself such as billing the group of active patients and analyzing the group as a whole. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
