Convert a Web site to HTML(repost)

We have a Web site which is Flash based. The address is: [login to view URL] We would like to convert all Flash parts of the web site to plain HTML5 - including the animation parts. Conversion should not be using "Fade" but the new site should look _**exactly**_ like the original one. Please upload a demo, but converting "work" button in the address provided from Flash to HTML5. the projects includes building a new site based on the old one with some extra features such as building a Wordpress blog.
