Music and Film Software Product

I need software developed for me that works like this: It will be installed on all and any type of CD and DVD and any other type of Disc, for example video games, and it will prevent the information on the disc (whether it be Music, Movies Software, Games, and any other type of product) from being burned, copied, saved on to computer and shared online by such softwares as Kazaa and Morpheus and all other types of P2P sharing software. I want this software to in no way interfere with the songs, movies, games, and software they will be protecting but to be invisible and still do its job and not let others steal the information on the discs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform I want your recommendation on the platform for this. I want this to work on everything so please let me know what the best one will be.
