MySQL High Performance / High Availability Setup Tutorial

I need a tutorial on how to setup a MySQL on windows that will give my high performance and high availability. My application is a community social networking site that has messaging, photos, etc shared by members. I don't want any bottle necks. I need details on how to setup a mysql architecture on windows 2008 with load balancing. Everything from hardware specifications / makes / models, software, and step by step instructions is needed. The goal is to setup an architecture where the performance and availability is the same as me running the application on my local pc with a local db but made for millions of users running it at the same time Application is written in classic ASP
