Very Simple Affiliate Tracking System For Website

I would like an experienced PHP coder to help me setup a very simple affiliate tracking system on my website. I would like to be able for my affiliates to be able to give out a link with a number on the end, where that number is something I will provide them with, e.g. [login to view URL] (or something similar, I'm not sure if this works or how we set it up). Then when the a visitor goes to this URL a tracking cookie is placed on their computer. Ideally I would like to use a few different tracking things to make sure that the tracking is full proof: 1) A flash cookie 2) A regular cookie 3) Tracking using IP address (where possible) 4) Any other system you can recommend. The cookie then tracks the user as they go through the website. And we will place some javascript code on the conversion page (i.e. the page that somebody is taken to once they create an account). Then when the user reaches this page, a conversion is made. I will then need a very simple notification system when the conversion is made. An email will be sent to a particular email address giving the id of the URL that they arrived at (e.g. 12393 as in the above example) the email would also contain the email address of the user (the one they put in the registration form to create their account, or if this is not possible, something else).
