Google Maps Address Verification

I need an address verification script created using Google Maps API v3. The input fields would be as follows: Address Zip When you enter the address and zip code the script will check with the API to verify the address is correct. If it is, it will have a green check mark below saying Address verification complete and display the city state (based off the zip). The script will not need to verify suites/floors, just simply the numbered address and street with combined zip. Please let me know if you have any questions.
