CSS layout Issue with IE9

<a href="[login to view URL]">This page</a> has compatibilty issues in IE 9. I am looking for a person who can determine the problem using firebug or some other similiar tool. (firebug lite is installed and ready for use on the page). Once the issue is determined and working, I would of course like step by step instructions so that I can implement it. Below is a screenshot showing two views. One in IE9 where text and a photo are pushed down to the next line which is what I don't want.
