Shopping Cart + Auction + Back office, all integration

This is a store and an auction of 2/3 products, all in the same website. All html is ready, as I bought a template and customized it. I am a Webdesigner and Webdeveloper but I don't have time to go on with this project at the moment. There is an online database where the products are stored. The website must be connected to the database. The store does not have a shopping cart yet. I would need paypal and visa mainly. I don't mind if you just grab a shopping cart php code from some site. As long as it works and fits the template. The html of the auction is done, what needs to be done is the time counting and the bidding process. I have a backoffice for the auction, since users place products into the auction, but it needs to be interconnected with the frontoffice. All of this is in Portuguese language and all the store and auction must be in Portuguese, so if you know Portuguese or something similar, it would definitely be a plus, but it is not mandatory. You can translate in Google or ask me anything you don't understand. You have one week to complete this project starting from the Contract day. If you don't complete it in one week, no payment will be sent to you. I will need a skype meeting in the first day to send you over the files and go through them with you. During the week we will have other skype meetings. You must be available during the day. Write the word stockoff in the beginning of your application, please mention the country where you are from, your time zone and for how long you are a Webdesigner. Please tell me where you will get a shopping cart and an auction process to be integrated? Give me names and websites. Or will you do them yourselves? I will need to know past work you have done regarding shopping carts, auctions, ecommerce php work.
