Formatting changes to existing OsCommerce site

I am looking to change some formatting issues with my clients site, I have some issues that need to be fixed 1. installation of SEF/SEO script that deals with: static url's and header metatags. 2. implementing a shipping and Quantity Price Breaks Per Product modules. 3. other minor module changes 4. loading and configuring credit card modules What I am looking for in a programmer: -someone who will keep in good communication -a programmer that already has experience with the work requested -programmer who can accomplish task in an expeditious manner If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to PM me.
