I need a business directory/classifieds site exactly same as [login to view URL], with top, bottom and right side banner rotation where advertisers can upload their own banner and also pay for it. Admin control panel. The classified section will be free at first and then charged a fee later on using paypal or 2checkout integrated. The script must be easy to manage.
