cpanel / whm client management system

hi, i run a web hosting site 100for100 dot com. my signup form is at [login to view URL] and i use cpanel and whm for customer account setup. i use [login to view URL] for knowledge base and faq. right now i'm using webmail to access sales and support emails (which are forwarded to my sales / support reps emails and they reply via email. i'd like a ready made solution to consolidate as much of these as possible. i've done some research and like phpmanager / clientexec / whm autopilot etc but $$$ is too much. If you have something else i'd like to see a demo and please include installation and script fee.
